Custom orders are not subject to cancellation unless payment is made for such artwork, plates and other such preparation expenses which may have been incurred. Returns must be made within 60 days of shipping date, and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Incurrence of this charge will depend on the circumstances of the return.
