Where can I find my Labelmaster account information to create a profile?
- If you are a current Labelmaster customer and have access to one of our paper catalogs, your account number will be listed in the blue box on the back cover.
- If you are a current Labelmaster customer but do not have access to one of our paper catalogs, please call 1-800-621-5808 and ask one of our customer service representatives for your account number.
- Brand new customers to Labelmaster will be issued an account number after their first purchase. They will be sent the e-mail shortly after the order has been processed to notify them of their account number. At that time the user will need to select "update profile" from the homepage and add its new account information.
Do I need to create a profile?
To take full advantage of all the features available on Labelmaster.com, it is recommended that you create a user profile which includes your e-mail address and a password you create.
Once you create this profile, the system will add a cookie (see below for cookie description) to your computer. This will allow the system to recognize your account each time you return so you will not have to login again. You will only be prompted for your password again to complete an order or request account-specific information. This is done for your security.
By creating this profile, the system will store your account history, ship to, bill to, and contact information automatically so you'll never have to enter the same information twice. You can alter this information at any time by clicking on a "change profile" button on the upper right portion of the screen.
How do I shop for products?
There are several ways you will be able to shop on Labelmaster.com.
- You can use the "quick shop" pulldown menu located on the left navigation bar to jump to a product category you are interested in.
- You can also navigate your way through our entire catalog by clicking the "shop now" link listed under "ordering information" on the left navigation bar.
- You can also click on the "add to cart" link that is displayed in the "featured product" or "new product" area.
Once you find the exact item you are looking for, click the "add to cart" button and the item will be added to your online shopping cart. (You can always remove or modify items in your cart before proceeding to check out.) Once you have all your items successfully added to your shopping cart, click the "proceed to check out" button.
How do I complete the order?
Once all your items have been added to your online shopping cart and you are ready to check out, you need to input your shipping and payment information. If you have created an online profile, you will be able to select from a list of bill to and ship to addresses. Make your selection or add to the information that is required for the proper shipping addresses. For payment options, please select whether you will be using a credit card or a purchase order. Once all information is entered and your order has been completed, you'll be sent and e-mail automatically confirming your purchase.
What if I forgot my password?
In the event you forget your password, please click password reminder button which will prompt you for personal information you provided. Once completed, an e-mail will be sent to you with your password and login information. If you are experiencing any difficulty using this system, please call us at 1-800-621-5808 or send an e-mail to webmaster@labelmaster.com.
How safe/secure is it to order online?
To ensure the highest level of security, the Labelmaster Online Catalog server establishes a secure Internet connection with the user before displaying any forms that contain confidential information. Once the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) has been established, all account information submitted for approval is encrypted while in transit.
What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as "My Labelmaster" and to store items in your shopping cart between visits. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features in our store, including placing items in your shopping cart and purchasing them.
How do I know you received my order?
You should immediately get a confirmation thanking you for your order. Our order database is read every day on the hour and orders are processed upon receipt. You should get a shipping confirmation call or final shipment e-mail notice within 24 hours of your order.
Are taxes and shipping charges included?
Shipping costs are not included in your price. They will be included in the confirmation e-mail you receive within 24 hours of your order.
Will I be charged any
handling fees?
Handling fees are included in the shipping/freight charge included on the final confirmation order.
