Comprehensive Medical Plan
This plan allows two diverse options to better serve full-time employee needs.

  • The Traditional Option features low cost employee and family coverage and a deductible of $250 per year. This major medical option is easy to use and allows unlimited choice of providers. A voluntary PPO network gives participants a unique savings opportunity.
  • The EPO Option offers enhanced benefit coverage and an HMO-type network from which to choose providers. With this option, there are no claim forms, no primary care physician requirement and low cost for both single and family coverage.
  • Separate from these options is the Mail Order Prescription Program which allows for home delivery of prescriptions at a cost of $10 generic and $20 brand names.

Preventive Dental Plan
Coverage includes preventive, basic and major dental treatments. Full-time employees are covered at no charge with a deductible of $75 per year and an annual maximum of $1,200. It is easy to use and allows the use of any dentist.

Vision Care Plan
Both single and family coverage is available which includes eye exams, glasses, contact lenses and frames once in every 12 month period.

Section 125 - Premium Only Plan
This option allows employees to pay their medical and dental premiums pre-tax. In this way, it reduces your taxable income and, therefore, the taxes you pay.

Employee Savings & Retirement Plan - 401(k)
All employees may contribute from 1-15% dependent upon IRS and plan requirements. Loans are available from $400. Professional money managers from Strong Retirement Plan Services and other investment firms manage the nine fund options available to employees. A 24-hour phone connect system and 24 Internet access allows participants to make changes to their accounts at any time. Any performance award program funds may also be invested.

Educational Assistance
Full-time employees may receive assistance totaling 85% of their tuition cost to an annual maximum of $3,000 for undergraduate study and $5,000 for graduate study. For any employee pursuing their G.E.D., we will pay 100% of a prep class up to a maximum of $500. Employees are encouraged to make a commitment to lifelong education.

Paid Vacation
Two weeks paid vacation after one year, three weeks after five years and four weeks after ten years is included in this full-time employee benefit. Hourly employees also have two personal days.

Life Insurance
At no cost, full-time employees are covered by a term life policy.

Paid Holidays The company is closed for nine holidays a year and for those days, full-time employees are paid.

Wellness Program
This year round program provides all employees with opportunities to learn more about their health and fitness through physicals, flu shots, monthly blood pressure checks and biannual cholesterol screenings. Also an on-site medical manager is available several times during the month to confidentially answer wellness questions and help employees solve health issues.

Fitness Bank Through this program for full-time employees, we will support those who participate in regular exercise programs, such as a health club. We will pay 50% of the membership fees up to an annual maximum of $100.

Direct Deposit
The ease and convenience of electronic banking is immediately available to all employees. Payroll can be deposited into up to four different accounts of their choice.

Warm Welcomes
We are pleased to welcome employees' new 'bundles of joy' into the world with a beautifully custom-embroidered baby blanket - a gift to be cherished for a lifetime!

Emergency Loan Program
Employees with over four years of service can obtain an emergency loan within 24 hours of request up to $250.

Employee Perk Package

  • Employees can purchase all Labelmaster products at a 20 percent discount.
  • Stamped and sealed personal correspondence and mail can be deposited in our Mailroom Department for daily weekday delivery to the U.S. Post Office.
  • Employees can ship packages through our Shipping Department at our meter rates.
  • Notary Public services are available at no charge to employees.
  • A Business Casual Dress Code is in effect all year long.
  • Our Seattle location offers a great downtown location near Pike's Market.
  • Our Chicago facility sells postage stamps at cost to all employees during regular business hours.

Credit Union
This member-owned organization offers a variety of benefits such as checking, savings Christmas club and much more to all employees. You can become a member for as little as $5 to open your account.

Voluntary Benefits Program Through this program, employees can purchase additional life insurance - either whole or term life policies - for themselves and their families, long term disability insurance or other portable products. Representatives from AON visit us annually to offer these payroll deduction products at group rates.
